We were very lucky to have Saji represent us. My son did a local search for realtors and found her. I called Saji at 9:00am in the morning and by 11:00am - we had an agreement. If this is not responsive, what is! She provided us all the necessary guidance and kept following up where needed. Frankly, once she got involved, we did not have to do anything.
