When we considered putting our house on the market, Saji gave us good ideas about what we should do to improve the house. She also gave us very good recommendations of people to help us with the improvements. When it came to listing the house, she had a very good understanding of the price range and the timeline, what works in our neighborhood. Saji helped me getting the house ready for open house. She had very good ideas how to make the house look empty for showings. She was wonderful when I got overwhelmed in calming me down. We had 2 open houses on 2 consecutive weekends ( it snowed on the first one :(  ). We had a contract on the house within 2 weeks. I can highly recommend Saji, not only because she's a great realtor, but also a wonderful person, whom I loved to have coffee dates with.
