Well before the planned sale we visited ~15 open houses, selected four agents for an interview and picked Saji. She was a good choice! We found a hardworking, punctual, accurate agent who was always ready with her homework. She gave us useful advice on what has to be done on the house and what was unnecessary. We followed them without any regret.

The contractor she recommended charged a reasonable price and, judging from the fact that the house was sold without trouble, did a good job. Saji’s market analysis was right on the money, both the price she suggested and the timeframe she estimated proved to be correct. We emptied the house and left town on the last day of February. They tidied up the house was on the market by March 15th. Four days later we had a contract! I can truly recommend this agent.
