Well before the planned sale, we visited 15 open houses, selected 4 agents for an interview and selected Saji. She was a good choice! We found a hard working, punctual, accurate agent who was always ready with her home work. She gave us useful advices on what has to be done on the house and what was unnecessary. We followed them with out any regret. The contractor she recommended charged reasonable price, and judging from the fact that the house was sold with out trouble, did a good job. Saji's market analysis was right on the money, both the price she suggested and the time frame she estimated proved to be correct. We emptied the house and left town on the last day of February. The tidied up house was on the market by March 15th. Four days later we had a contract! I can truly recommend this agent. Thank you Saji!
